v  The Organizational Plan
You can use the organizational management to quickly and effectively map your organzational and reporting structure with relevan organizational objects. You can create an organizational plan, which is a comprehensive and dynamic model of the strucural and personnel environmental in your enterprise.
Some of the key terms used in organizational management are :
·      Organizational Unit
Organizational units describe the various business units in your organization. Several organizational units, aong with their relationship, make up the organizational structure. Organizational units can be divided according to functional or regional criteria, for example
·      Jobs
Jobs are general descriptions or templates that apply to several positions with comparable requirements, tasks, and characteristis.

·      Positions
Positions are the smallest organizational units of the organizational structure. They represent the distribution of tasks amongst individual employees in the organization. Positions are occupied by persons. A position inherits the tasks and requirements of the job from which iit was defined.
·      Persons
Persons occupy positions within the organizational strucuture. They represent the employees in your organization. Th eemployee data itself is maintained in Personnel Management.
·      Recruitment
You can use the recruitment component to carry out the entire recruitment process from entering applicant data to staffing a position. The applies both to external applicants, that is new hires, and to internal employees changing position. The staffing requrements are represented by vacancies.
A typical process in recruitment may involve the followings steps :
-          The vacant positions are published in job advertisements
-          The applicants data is entered in the system
-          A complex selection process takes place, culminating in a decision being made
-          The employement contracts are generated for the applicants who are to be hired
-          The applicant data is transferred to HCM master data

v  Personnel Managment
Integration between Recruitment and Personnel Administration enables the applicant data to be transferred as a employee data, which you then have to supplement. Employee data is stored iin mySAP ERP HCM as infotype records. The data can be displayed, copied, corrected, and deleted

You can maintain infotypes in various ways :
-          Single –screen maintenance (one infotype for one person)
-          Personnel actions (sequences of infotype for one person)
-          Fast entry (one infotype for multiple person)
One infotype is of central importance for employee data : the Organizational Assignment rtinfotype. In this infotype, the employee is assigned to three important strcuture : the enterprise structure, the personnel structure, and the organizational plan.



Training and event management
            Training and event management is highly integrated component that supports you in planning,executing and managing your training courses and buisniess events. Four main process in training and event management.
·         Business event preparation encompasses all data you require when creating the business event catalog.

·         Once dates are available,the day activities of booking ,rebooking,or canceling business events for internal and external participants can take place.
·         The fourth main process consists of the recurring activities that are closely linked to the day  activites. After course  has taken place.the partipants can write appraisals for it.

Time management

            The time management component supports you in all process that concern planning,recording,and valuating employess attendance and absence times. We have just seen in training and event management that an employe was booked into a course. If you have training and event management integrated with time management,the  booking causes a time data record to be created as an attendance. If an employee who is booked on a course is absent, due to vacation for exsample,the system notifies you that the person is not available
There are various optiond available for recording time data such as hours worked,vacation,off site work or substitutions:
·         Online by time administrators (using the times manager’s workplace.for exsample)
·         Using front-end time recording systems.

This applies not only to traditional personel appraisals,also to business event appraisals or even online employe e or customers surveys using internet or internet service.
            The appraisal documents,you can incorporate objective – setting agreements as planned specifications,to which you can add information either manually or by means of integration with other my SAP components:
